MOTHERHOOD: TIPS ON EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING

For the sake of intending mothers, expectant mothers and new mothers - nursing/breastfeeding a baby is a full time job. Meaning you have to be entirely dedicated, whether formula-feeding,exclusive breastfeeding or both feeding......Here are some rules to abide;

1. You must eat well(voraciously) if possible. Post partum isn't the time to crave for six-packs, and your killer shape. Rock your Geepee-tank belle with pride. Its joys of motherhood.

2.You must always be hydrated as you would feel 'squeezed dry' and thirsty every now and then...always refill your water guage each time.

3. Feed your baby 'ON DEMAND' not by timing. Babies have no business with breakfast,lunch and dinner. Your baby can feed as much as 12-15times a day. I.e formula of upto 6 servings and surplus countless breast times.

This is because babies digestion is quite faster due to liquid based diet they are on, so many gets hungry every one and half hours.

4. Always wake your baby to eat, else they'll starve. If babies are allowed, they are ready to sleep the whole day because they do not have a specific sleeping pattern, plus they have 'no-thinking'😁, but its your responsibility to ensure they feed, so interrupt the sleep and feed. Its for the better.
