We all have different was of handling grief, just as our names, physique, colors and attitudes are different so is the way we handle grief is expected to be different.
The one way that is not a choice is given or taking up your own life just cos you feel you cannot cope anymore, remember - You can Cope!!!
You can scream
Cry
Wail
Starve
Feel depressed
Feel rejected
Feel disappointed to mention a few; but never decide to take your own life.
I know the saying that "when there's life, there's hope" is over rated but always think outside the box, when in GRIEF.
Believe that you now have a guidian angel, believe that they have now moved to a better realm, where there's no pain or suffering or they were too precious for this world.
Find strength from Godly books,
From Inspirational books,
From soul lifting and inspiration songs,
Go to places, you haven't been before,
Join groups and make new friends,
Above all, set your mind to live above what makes your heart heavy...
