Singer Selena Gomez finally revealed while she had been laying low duing summer. 

Due to the fact that she discovered, she need a transplant due her lupus disease.
The surgery was done as her friend Francia Raisa chose to donate her Kidney to the singer. 

Selena is willing to share her journey with everyone especially her fans as she thanked family and friends for their immense support throughout this journey.
The singer is still recovering though...
