CLEAN EATING : PEANUT BUTTER VS. EGGS



Today's health and fitness inspiration about our food consumption and clean eating habit is by Sam Anne, who's a fitness expert.

So we will also be looking at the amount of calories and protein content that is embedded in one spoon full of peanut butter and one piece of egg and here's what she had to say below;

"Healthy fats are important part of anyone's diet, but if you are using the excuse the excuse of peanut butter has protein has protein to over indulge on your favorite spread you're only lying to yourself (there are many better  sources). Don't get me wrong I eat peanut butter often (because it's SO good) but sometimes I've got to reel it in and make a better choice, it doesn't ALWAYS have to be eggs. (If you are concerned about cholesterol you can remove the yolk)".
