The remembrance of the Armed forces day took place yesterday Sunday January 15, 2017, the day is specially dedicated to our armed forces men and fallen heroes as a way of appreciating their labour and having to defend their land with sacrificing their lives.

The high point of the day was laying of wreath at the Cenotaph, in memory of our gallant soldiers who lost their lives.

The Commander in Chief of Armed Forces of the federal Republic of Nigeria,
President Buhari, vice president Yemi Osibajo, Senate resident Bukola Saraki, Service Chiefs, etc, and a host of others laying took turns to lay a wreath.

The president also thanked God and technology for making it possible for him to have an interactive session with our brave soldiers in Sambisa forest as well as those UN tour of duty in Liberia.

He praised and thanked them for the wonderful sacrifice they make for their nation.
