Just in case you are wondering what I meant when I wrote "colon" as seen above... I meant "bowel" as in "stomach".
Our bowel should be free of toxins regularly, unfortunately most women between the ages of 18 to 35 years usually complains of indigestion which may result to bloating thereby result to develop bulging stomach.
The side effect of indigestion may include the following below:
· Tiredness
· Weakness
· Slows metabolic activities
· Stores harmful toxins
· Dizziness
· Constipation
· Weight Gain……….
When some amount of food seem undigested or unused due to one reason or the other this should be transported out of the body should be flush out of the system and if for any reason isn't flushed out, it could lead to the storage of harmful toxins which may then lead to a number of harmful illnesses.
A reason could be that a-times we consume poor diet or consumes meals with little or no good dietary supplement. For the record, eating right doesn't mean eating much…..just try to complete your meal daily with at least three (3) beneficial and healthy food supplement, ranging from fruits to vegetables to drinking enough fluid.
Hence, let's not forget the point here... Which is how best to flush your colon and trust me... I just found the easiest and cheapest way to do the flushing.
There are quite a number of ways to empty your bowels of toxins ranging from tea(s), to smoothies to meals to fruits etc. But this is what I call the easy way out…."Sea Salt"…certainly, everyone knows this dynamic white substance.
The salt colon flush is as effective as other indigestion or bloating aiders…, as it is easy to use though moderation is key. Sea salt is best for use as it contains certain properties unlike the already processed ones.
HOW TO USE:
· One tea spoon of sea salt
· 1 glass of drinking warm water
· Add sea salt inside the glass of water
· Stir properly and drink……………yes it's as easy as that.
WHEN TO USE:
This depends wholly on your schedule, as it is best to consume the mixture which is a powerful purgative on an empty stomach very early in the morning. At least two (2) hours before you set out of your home, because you may require to use the toilet more than once and probably have another bath, even after you are fully prepared to set out to embark on your daily activity (ies).
Anyway, just because we are only humans and may tend to forget to consume it as soon as we are out of bed (though the most effective way)…..we could then consume it any time of the day but remember... "on an empty stomach".
This mixture is a super cleanser for me not just because it's easy and affordable but because it helps to drain my bowels right at least twice within 15 minutes. The substance enables draining of water and toxins stored in your bowels and organs just in a matter of minutes which helps to make anyone who is bloated feel really relieved and active.
So it is advised that the mixture be taken when it's highly required, from twice to thrice a week, to once a week and then monthly. For excessive intake of salt which contains a large amount of iodine can lead to dehydration, hyperthyroidism, blood pressure and can affect the kidney too, so moderation is key.
