Well the answer will be best known to you.
It is necessary in our extremely busy lives to avail ourselves (no matter how long or short) the opportunity of examining our conscience and seeking the face of our creator.
Now, let's take a look at these spiritual virtues and vices below and see exactly where we could be excelling or probably faltering in our daily (spiritual) lives.

For no living being on earth is outrightly righteous to change and no one is too bad to turn out to be the best tomorrow, help yourself or someone who knows someone out there today to be the best they could ever be.
Do not conform with the world because you are too scared to be called "different", for our maker made each and every one of us distinctively different (even twins that were cohabiting & wrapped in the same womb for many months before their birth are two different beings).
Hence, remember that the meal that was once at the bottom of a cooking pot, if turned into a warmer (cooler) will eventually be on top (lol) not forgetting the fact that nothing remarkable was heard about the City of Nazareth until the birth of Christ, so it's never too late to be the best you can ever be.
Don't waste your existence.
