The Healthy Weight Gain

     




Hi,
   
     I welcome you to another week of fruitful expectations and I hope you find your peace wherever your feet leads you to.
Well, it's quite needless to say that everyone is singing the hyme of "Slimming down".

    While a few number of us slowly die in silence when we hear words like ; "curvy is the new sexy" or in Pidgin language "lepka no dey reign again".
Well, for those who this may concern....how exactly do u really want to be??
Have you tried consumption of fatty foods or unwanted sugary foods without results or got ugly results??
If you are trying to gain weight...its not a crime cos you can gain those flesh and still look super fab just the way you have always wanted.

These simple steps below could help out;
  • Daily exercise: Do not assume you are already skinny and do not need to work out, remember working out has got different forms like general body fitness, body building, butt lifting, tummy flattening etc.
Hence,you need daily exercise no matter how minute for overall body fitness,especially to help your flow of blood, heart and to help fight against diseases.
Don't just exercise try to fuel your body too by drinking lots & lots of water.
  • Eat Right: What do you really consume daily??
I don't advice a total vegan or no carb meal for you, try to add a little bit of healthy carbs in your meal.
Eat more meals per day especially nutrient based meals maybe from 3 to 6 meals daily..
Snacking isn't a bad idea too.
Avoid late night meals too......its not healthy.
  • Quick Digestion????
The number one reason you may never add weight could be your body's speedy digestive system.
So you can add  heavy protein based foods like beans, yourghurt, dried fruits like dates, protein shakes and oatmeals.
If you need to build your muscles and add more flesh you could register with a gym for weight /strength training.....and enjoy your new body.
